Depends on the CAD program.. Spheres are typically defined as a radius. Optional XYZ distortion will flatten it if necessary. . A cone is a tapered cylinder. One end has a radius of zero.. . Combine with XYZ rotation to get it facing where you want. Finish of with XYZ translation to put it in the right place.
